What You'll Do

As a Program Manager, you'll take the lead in overseeing one of our residential programs, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care and a positive living environment. This role combines leadership, advocacy, and direct support, making every day unique and meaningful.

Your Impact :

• Lead and mentor a team of direct care staff and nurses
• Coordinate and implement individualized care plans
• Facilitate Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) meetings
• Ensure compliance with DHS licensing and ICF regulations
• Foster meaningful relationships with families, guardians, and case managers
• Support individuals in setting and achieving personal goals
• Manage household budgets and individual finances
• Oversee program documentation, audits, and incident reporting
• Provide hands-on care (20 hours / week), including 2 weekend shifts / month and 1 evening shift / week
