Position Overview :

As a Video Technician at Edge Media DC, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of audiovisual solutions for events, presentations, and productions. From setting up equipment to troubleshooting technical issues, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality video experiences that exceed our clients' expectations. Key Responsibilities :

• Set up and operate audiovisual equipment for live events, church services, meetings, and productions, including cameras, projectors, screens, switchers, and audio systems.
• Conduct pre-event checks and testing to ensure all equipment is functioning properly and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise during events.
• Assist with the installation and configuration of video systems in various venues, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with clients and event organizers to understand their audiovisual requirements and provide technical support and guidance as needed.
• Monitor and adjust audiovisual settings during events to maintain optimal image quality, sound levels, and lighting conditions.
• Coordinate with other technical staff, including lighting technicians, sound engineers, and stagehands, to ensure smooth execution of events.
• Maintain inventory of audiovisual equipment, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades, to ensure availability and reliability.
