Customer Success Manager

At Tatum, we believe building in Web3 should be simple, powerful, and fast and we're on a mission to make that a reality.

We're looking for a Customer Success Manager who loves helping people, enjoys solving problems, and isn't afraid to get a bit technical. If you get excited about supporting developers, scaling cool blockchain projects, and working with a friendly international team you'll fit right in!

What You'll Do

  • Be the go-to partner for your customers from first call to long-term success.
  • Help to grow a portfolio and guide new users through onboarding and help them get the most out of Tatum.
  • Keep an eye on product usage and step in when someone needs help or a nudge.
  • Work closely with our tech teams to figure out solutions to tricky problems.
  • Suggest improvements and share customer insights (we love feedback!).
  • Look for opportunities to help customers grow with Tatum.
