Apartment Groundskeeper / Porter

Integra is currently seeking a Apartment Groundskeeper / Porter to contribute to the upkeep and cleanliness of an apartment community. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining the grounds, common areas, and overall appearance of the property.

Responsibilities : Grounds Maintenance : Perform routine groundskeeping tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding, and trimming bushes to maintain a clean and manicured appearance.

Litter Removal : Regularly patrol the property to collect and dispose of litter, debris, and pet waste from common areas and walkways.

Trash Collection : Empty and clean trash receptacles located throughout the property, ensuring proper disposal and sanitation.

Sidewalk and Parking Lot Maintenance : Sweep sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots to remove debris and maintain cleanliness.

Light Maintenance Tasks : Assist with minor maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, painting, and minor repairs as needed.

Pool and Recreational Area Maintenance : Clean and maintain pool areas, recreational facilities, and outdoor amenities to ensure they are safe and inviting for residents.

Seasonal Tasks : Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal, leaf blowing, and seasonal decorations.

Reporting : Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or property damage to management promptly.

Customer Service : Provide friendly and courteous assistance to residents and visitors, addressing inquiries and directing them as needed.

Compliance : Ensure compliance with property policies, safety regulations, and environmental standards in all maintenance activities.

Requirements : High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience as groundskeeper, landscaping, or related field preferred.

Ability to operate grounds maintenance equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and power washers.

Physical stamina and ability to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions.

Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with residents and team members.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
