job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide urgent care services with a compassionate, relationship-based approach. Work closely with the clinical team and leadership to provide high-quality care. Develop strong relationships with clients and the local Memphis community. Mentor and help develop support staff through ongoing training and collaboration. Manage a varying caseload, including urgent care surgeries and appointments during clinic hours. DVM / VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program). Active veterinary license in good standing in Tennessee (or the ability to obtain one). Paid Continuing Education (CE) Days & Allowance. Paid State Licensing Fees and AVMA / state professional dues. Covered Professional Liability Insurance (PLIT). Additional holiday pay for shifts worked on holidays. Optional Pro-Sal with no negative accrual. Significant personal veterinary care discounts (including for multiple pets).
