BCforward is looking for motivated Test Technician for an opportunity at Arden Hills, MN.

Title : Test Technician- Professional

Client : Land O Lakes

Location : Arden Hills, MN 55126

Payrate : $24.25 / hr

Shift : Monday - Friday 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM

Duration : 5 months

Job Description :

Previous laboratory or food kitchen experience

Ability to lift 40 lbs and be on feet all day

Ability to follow written safety and analytical procedures

Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools

Minimum of a 2 years Associates degree

Performs basic and advanced food analyses using official references. Assists with complex analyses and pilot operations. Performs Quality Control functions. Provides clear and accurate documentation. Adheres to established record keeping procedures and methods. Maintains clean and organized work area. Adheres to laboratory safety policies. Participates in work team decisions including training and back-up coverage plans. Accepts and follows technical work direction. Identifies problems and implements solutions as directed. Performs other duties as assigned. Responsible to adhere to quality system requirements.

Skills : Have good fundamental laboratory skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools preferred.

Knowledge : Has understanding of basic and advanced laboratory procedures in food product development. Understands and follows written methods within relevant technical area. Understands use of quality tools.

Education : Minimum of a 2 year Associate's degree.
