A company is looking for a Global HR Operations Leader.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full lifecycle of Workday implementation and optimization
Build and scale global HR service delivery models for consistency and compliance
Oversee end-to-end global payroll and benefits operations ensuring accuracy and compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
10+ years of progressive HR operations experience, with at least 5 years in global HR operations or HRIS functions
Hands-on experience with Workday implementation and / or management strongly preferred
Strong understanding of global HR processes, compliance, and payroll / benefits frameworks
Experience managing HR operations across multiple countries
