Job Description :

Build and manage a personal sales territory with the flexibility to work in your chosen region.

Utilize a customized CRM platform to develop leads, manage pipeline activity, and track performance.

Conduct B2B prospecting, including in-person visits to small businesses and relationship-building with decision-makers.

Schedule and conduct client consultations to identify supplemental insurance needs.

Deliver one-on-one and group presentations to prospective clients.

Attend required meetings, virtual training sessions, and monthly team sales weeks.

Develop and manage a long-term client portfolio with ongoing service and retention.

Set monthly and quarterly goals with your manager and maintain weekly accountability schedules.

Record daily sales activity and adhere to established performance systems and best practices.
