Network Security Engineer

Requirements

• Network fundamentals & VPN security
• Senior in terms of networking aptitude
• CCIE level: Remote access experience at a protocol level * Using Cisco ASA Routers
• VPN as a technology * SSL, Client VPN
• Enterprise routing: Traffic engineering experience * How to engineer routes
• BGP hands on experience * We want to make sure they have been hands on, rather than just understanding it
• Nice-To-Have Skills: Development/Network Automation experience (BIG PLUS)
• APIs
• Scripting

Roles and Responsiblities

Working on the operations team. Updating legacy net¬works to current standards, sustaining operations, and contributing to technical documentation. You will share the responsibility for managing the Corporate VPN and 3rd Party Vendor Integrations, using a variety of VPN, and WAN technologies. Must be familiar with network security best practices. Will serve as an escalation engineer and mentor towards peers. You will be expected to participate/lead engineering and architecture discussions (think globally).
