We are seeking a detail oriented and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team of dedicated professionals. The successful candidate will provide supervise case and care managers assigned to serving justice involved populations of focus (homelessness, substance use disorder, mentally ill, and returning from incarceration). This role requires a strong understanding of social work practices, the ability to create empowering relationships with clients & managed care plans, and a commitment to promoting health and wellness.
Key Responsibilities :Review, modify, and approve assigned care / case manager care plans and assessments.Conduct or supervising comprehensive assessments, developing or approving treatment plans that are both personalized and evidence-based.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, ensuring a holistic approach to client services through facilitating case conferencing with supervised care / case managers.Provide crisis intervention and support emergency response efforts when necessary.Maintain, approve, and modify up-to-date documentation and case notes, adhering to all legal, ethical, and professional standards.Educate supervised staff on delivering coping strategies, resources, and support systems available to members / clients.Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to maintain licensure and stay current with new practices and approaches.Participate in organization leadership and management meetings.Qualifications :Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).Exceptional communication, organizational, supervision, and interpersonal skills.Empathetic and patient, with a genuine passion for helping others.Preferred Qualifications :Additional certifications or training in specialized areas such as trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy, or substance abuse counseling.Experience working with diverse populations and age groups.Why Join Us?Be part of a supportive and dynamic team that values growth and development.Opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of members and social workforce.Competitive compensation.If you are an LCSW committed to making a difference and eager to help clients navigate life’s challenges, we encourage you to apply and join our mission-driven organization.
