Masters Level Social Work / Counselor Therapist

Pay Rate : $21.63 (unlicensed)

Integrated Behavioral Health, Addiction Medicine, and Primary Care

Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives and providing comprehensive behavioral health, addiction medicine, and primary care services?

We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled Social Workers and Licensed Mental Health Counselors to join our growing team.

Job Opportunities throughout our Central Florida Integrated Care Continuum :

  • Inpatient Acute, Detox, Residential Treatment, Office Based Medical Services, and Community Programs

Responsibilities :

  • Provide direct care, counseling, and therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions to support clients in achieving their goals.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure appropriate discharge planning, treatment coordination, and referrals.
  • Offer crisis intervention and support to individuals in acute distress.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation following organizational policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Completing program-specific assessments.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

    • Qualifications :

  • Masters degree in social work, psychology, mental health counseling, or related field from an accredited University / College.
  • Demonstrated experience providing therapy or counseling in a behavioral health setting.
  • Proficiency in conducting assessments, diagnosing mental health conditions, and developing treatment plans.
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
