Strong understanding of plastic material behavior and molding principles. Ability to adjust hydraulic, pneumatic, and processing controls. Familiarity with scientific molding is highly preferred. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, overtime, and occasional weekends. Positive safety mindset and ability to work well within a team.

HiFyve is hiring a Processing Technician in the manufacturing industry!
Salary : $25 – $27 / hour
Shift : 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM — Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & every other Wednesday
Location : Lee’s Summit, Missouri
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Set up and start injection molding machines, molds, and auxiliary equipment.
- Develop, adjust, and optimize molding process parameters to achieve part quality and production efficiency.
- Troubleshoot molding defects and make necessary process corrections.
- Perform and assist with mold changes and machine setups.
- Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to identify and resolve equipment and process issues.
- Monitor machine performance and document adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
