Key Responsibilities :
- Own the full recruiting cycle for multiple roles across the company
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and define job requirements
- Write clear, accurate job descriptions and job ads
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and creative outreach
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and recommend top candidates
- Coordinate interviews and keep candidates updated throughout the process
- Conduct reference checks and employment verifications
- Maintain accurate records in our ATS and track key recruiting metrics
- Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Support employer branding, recruiting events, and special HR projects
- Ensure hiring practices follow all company policies and employment laws
- Manage candidate assessments, including the Culture Index survey
