Position Overview : We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Payroll Clerk to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of payroll processes, a strong knowledge of payroll-related requirements, and exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. The Payroll Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of weekly payroll while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This position will involve close collaboration with our outside service provider, ADP.

Qualifications

• Experience : 1-2 years of experience in payroll processing or a related field.
• Education : High School Diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Skills : Proficiency in payroll software (ADP experience is a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Salary Range : The base pay range for this position is $48,000 - $55,000.
