Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a dynamic territory, acting as the liaison between producers, customers, and the company to achieve sales goals
Utilize resources effectively to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction
Mentor others and improve team performance while sharing knowledge to enhance overall sales success
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years of employee benefits sales experience
Proven sales results and strong prospecting skills
Professional certification required : Life and Disability insurance license for the assigned territory
Must have an excellent driving record and be insurable under corporate insurance
