ROLE DESCRIPTION:
The Account Representative role is a sales-focused position responsible for generating new business and supporting agency growth. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy sales, customer interaction, and earning commission in a structured, goal-driven environment.



This is a professional sales position with strong earning potential, a supportive culture, and clear opportunities for growth. This position is not a leadership or management role at the time of hire. High performers who consistently meet goals and demonstrate leadership potential may be considered for expanded responsibilities and long-term growth opportunities with the agency.




RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sell Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and Health insurance products


• Follow up on leads, referrals, and inbound opportunities


• Conduct needs-based consultations and close sales


• Maintain accurate documentation and follow agency processes


• Manage tasks, follow-ups, and pipeline activity daily


• Meet assigned sales and activity goals

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Sales-oriented and customer-focused


• Strong communication and organization skills


• Coachable and open to feedback


• Able to work independently and manage daily activity


• Must hold an 4-40 or 2-20 license (or be willing to obtain one immediately)


• Must obtain 2-15 license within 30-60 days (agency-supported)


• Spanish bilingual is a plus


• Citizens experience is a plus

COMPENSATION & EARNINGS:

This position includes a base salary plus performance-based commissions and bonuses. The listed range reflects total compensation, with higher earnings achieved through consistent production and goal attainment. Top performers regularly earn toward the top of the range and beyond.
