Overview
The Teacher's assistant will assist in clinical courses helping students learn manual skills and clinical skills.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Assisting student with development of psychomotor skills.
- Preparing the laboratory environment with appropriate equipment and maintaining a safe environment.
- Student assessment/lab practical grading.
- Sharing clinical insights.
- Contextualizing didactic information for clinical application.
Qualifications
Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities
- Proven effective interpersonal and conflict-management skills
- Ability to take initiative in tasks that occur regularly at certain times of the year (ex: in preparation for an upcoming semester)
- Must be able to work collaboratively and effectively with colleagues in a team environment
- Experience with clinical skills and procedures being taught
Maximum Salary
USD $70.00/Hr.
Minimum Salary
USD $50.00/Hr.
