The Sports Dietitian provides nutrition guidance tailored to athletes and active individuals, focusing on performance enhancement and recovery.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assess athletes' nutritional needs based on their training and competition schedules.
  • Develop individualized nutrition plans to optimize performance.
  • Provide education on hydration, supplements, and recovery nutrition.
  • Stay informed about trends in sports nutrition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in nutrition or dietetics.
  • Registered Dietitian credential.
  • Certification in sports nutrition preferred.
  • Passion for fitness and athletic performance.
