Description : SUMMARY

The E-Kit Field Technician will play a crucial role in supporting our field operations by conducting various audits, managing medication inventory, providing user training, resolving issues, and facilitating communication with healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will be organized, possess strong attention to detail, and demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required. Predictable, reliable, and punctual attendance is an essential function of the job role. The functions are as follows but not limited to :

Installation of MedBank Tower & MedFlex Cabinet :

• Efficiently install and set up MedBank Tower and MedFlex Cabinet systems at client locations.
• Ensure all components are correctly assembled and configured for optimal performance.

Training :

General Maintenance :

Long-Term Care Centers (LTC) :

Travel Requirements :

Remote Training and Troubleshooting :

PHYSICAL DEMANDS :

The ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds (22.7 kilograms) is required. This means the individual must be capable of safely and effectively lifting, carrying, and potentially maneuvering items of this weight. Proper lifting techniques should be utilized to avoid injury, including bending at the knees and using leg muscles rather than the back. This physical requirement is essential for tasks that involve handling heavy materials or equipment as part of the job duties.
