Our clients brand, with 187 years of heritage in engineered storage solutions, manufactures Glass-Fused-to-Steel (GFS) tanks. These tanks offer a durable, modular, and sustainable alternative to concrete. Applications span biogas, wastewater, portable and process water storage, aquaculture, agriculture, and dry storage.

They are seeking a dynamic International Sales & Business Development Manager to drive adoption of GFS tanks across Europe. The role is not only about selling but about shifting market perception away from concrete toward advanced GFS solutions. This requires a professional who can blend strategic marketing, consultative sales, and long-term relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and execute a market penetration strategy to replace concrete tanks with our clients GFS tanks.
• Lead business development efforts with EPCs, project developers, and end-users across Europe.
• Drive marketing initiatives positioning our client as the superior alternative in durability, sustainability, and lifecycle cost.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation and solution positioning to deal closure.
• Provide market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer behavior.
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and trade associations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver solutions aligned with customer needs.
