A company is looking for a Jr Project Manager 1 (Project Coordinator) to support complex court application implementation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Support requirements development and documentation for new court implementations and data conversion activities

Maintain project plans, schedules, risk logs, and issue trackers while tracking progress and supporting scope, timeline, and dependency management

Facilitate requirements sessions, technical discussions, and support testing, validation, and deployment activities

Required Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or technical analyst roles

Experience supporting software implementations, system integrations, or data-driven projects

Working knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)

Experience using project tracking and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar)

Ability to translate business needs into clear documentation and requirements
