We are looking for a hardworking, attentive Barback. You will be working alongside our team to ensure our guests receive outstanding service by maintaining and organizing the bar area to the restaurant's standards. By supporting our team, you will provide an exceptional experience for our guests.
Your Role with Us :
- Barbacks set the stage at the bar by being attentive to the smallest details and ensuring the bar is set up before our guests enter our restaurants; organizing and shelving wine, beer and liquor; prepping juices, garnishes, and mixes and making sure the bar is meticulous.
- Stocking glasses, napkins, and straws; replenishing ice and assisting the Bartender with any additional duties assigned.
- Assisting with receiving beverage deliveries and maintaining all storage area.
- Removing trash and used glasses and wiping down bar for new customers.
- Emptying trash and / or recycling bins; cleaning used glasses; restocking bottles.
- Assisting the Bartenders, Service Bartenders, and other team members with any tasks throughout the shift.
