Sr. Analyst, Financial Systems

Support system migrations by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition.

Analyze current financial systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Assist in the design, configuration, and testing of system modules to meet business requirements.

Provide training and support to end-users on system functionality and best practices.

Develop and maintain documentation related to financial systems and processes.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to financial systems.

Work closely with IT and finance teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy during the migration process.

Participate in project planning, status meetings, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Financial Systems Analyst or similar role, with a focus on SAP implementations.

Strong understanding of financial processes and systems, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.

Proficiency in SAP S/4 Hana and other financial software.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

Experience with data migration and system integration projects.

Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

Experience working with large data sets leveraging Access, Alteryx or similar tools.
