A company is looking for a Quality Auditor - Unlicensed.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct quality audits of Call Center operations against established performance measures and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Monitor and evaluate program deliverables against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Quality Management Plan standards
Review and analyze service delivery data to assess appropriateness, effectiveness, and successful outcomes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health-related field with four or more years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with two to six years of experience
Experience with COA or URAC Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI) standards
Strong analytical and data analysis skills
U.S. citizenship and fluency in English required
Ability to pass criminal history and credential verification checks
