Key Responsibilities
Write and maintain external user guides and customer-facing documentation
Develop internal process documentation and best practices content
Collaborate with design teams to create clear UX copy and in-platform guidance
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in a technical writing or content-focused role
Experience with information architecture and content organization
Ability to work with subject-matter experts to ensure content accuracy
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum workflows
Strong portfolio demonstrating various documentation types and audiences
