What You’ll Do

• Take the lead on site grading, drainage, water, and sewer infrastructure designs that keep communities moving and thriving.
• Roll up your sleeves in AutoCAD to develop construction drawings that turn concepts into reality.
• Drive projects forward using Excel, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Word — you’ll keep schedules tight and budgets on track.
• Partner with Agencies of Jurisdiction and clients to deliver solutions that not only meet standards but exceed expectations.
• Shape the landscape with site planning, septic tank, and leach field design.
• Step up as a Project Manager — lead teams, coordinate moving parts, and ensure every project is a success.
• Show off your communication skills by preparing clear, impactful reports, graphics, and presentations.

What We’re Looking For

• Arizona PE license in Civil Engineering (non-negotiable — we want the best of the best).
• Proven Project Management chops.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and construction documents.
• Tech-savvy with Excel, Word, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
• A confident communicator — you know how to make technical information clear and compelling.
• A people person with outstanding interpersonal skills who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Experience in site planning, grading, drainage, and water/wastewater systems.
• Septic tank and leach field design know-how.

Bonus Points If You Have

• A background in land surveying.
• Experience with roadway design.
• Hands-on design work in Water Treatment Plants or Wastewater Treatment Plants.
