Senior Consultant, Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced

West Monroe is searching fora Senior Consultant within our Technology & Experience this role youll collaborate with clients to establish the project vision lead Salesforce implementations analyze business requirements and help design Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales Quote-to-Cash and Billing business process review sessions to identify user stories and requirements.
• Design and implement advanced Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions including CPQ Billing Subscription Management and Usage-Based Billing functionalities.
• Configure and build solutions on the Salesforce Platform including Sales Cloud Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing).
• Facilitate business process reviews to streamline client workflows and optimize operations.
• Oversee unit system and end-user testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Provide end-user training and create documentation for solution adoption.
• Manage project status timelines risks and deliverables for overall projects or specific workstreams

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative tools (e.g. Flows Process Builder) and configuration.

Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography experience skills education and internal equity.
