Job Summary

A leading global technology firm specializing in digital and infrastructure solutions is seeking a highly capable Project Engineering Manager . This essential role is responsible for the successful execution of complex engineering projects coordinating technical teams and ensuring the timely delivery of advanced solutions to global clients. The position requires a strong blend of technical expertise project management skills and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning execution and final delivery of complex engineering projects.
  • Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure alignment and timely completion of milestones.
  • Collaborate directly with customers to define and document detailed technical requirements and create execution plans.
  • Effectively manage project scope schedule and budget.
  • Provide technical support and expertise during the pre-sales and solution development phases.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest standards for quality and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience : Demonstrable experience in managing engineering projects preferably in the Technology Energy or Advanced Engineering Services sectors.
  • Technical Skills : Strong technical foundation and understanding of solution design and development processes.
  • Leadership : Proven skills in leadership resource management and conflict resolution.
  • Travel : Ability to travel as needed for client or team meetings (subject to business needs).
  • Communication : Excellent written and oral communication skills.
