Position Overview

This role is ideal for a PA-C with solid general dermatology experience who is confident managing their own patient panel and values a balanced schedule. The position is primarily general dermatology (no surgery required).

• You will see your own patient panel with built-in physician collaboration
• Patient volumes are around 32 per day

Clinical Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive skin exams
• Evaluate and manage dermatologic conditions and lesions
• Diagnose and treat skin cancers and common medical dermatology concerns
• Provide high-quality, patient-focused care in a supportive team environment

Team & Collaboration

• 2 collaborating physicians
• 3 PA-Cs currently on staff
• Supported by a team of ~10 MAs

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• No nights, weekends, rounding, or call
• Excellent work-life balance

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary: $120,000-$130,000 (based on 2 years of experience)
• Additional compensation: Percentage of collections
• Estimated total compensation: $160,000+
• PTO: 3 weeks
• CME: $1,500 allowance
• Malpractice insurance: Fully covered

Candidate Qualifications

• Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) or NP in the state of FL
• Minimum 2 years of dermatology experience required
• Strong clinical skills with confidence managing an independent patient panel
