The issue clerk prepares linen for distribution throughout the medical center.

Responsibilities

• Folds linen and stocks exchange and PAR linen carts.
• Inspects the quality of linen continuously for stains, and tears.
• Inspects all linen trucks and carts to assure they meet established standards.
• Answers phone and assists caller.
• Prepares linen as requested via phone orders and dispatches a laundry worker for delivery.
• Assists in cleaning of work areas, sweeping, and dusting.
• Adheres to the standards identified in the Medical Center's Organizational Competencies.

Compensation Starting at $18.09 Hourly HMH is committed to pay equity and transparency for our team members.
