The Senior Claims Consultant plays a critical role in managing a complex caseload, primarily focused on crime claims, with potential involvement in management liability and cyber matters. This position requires a proactive, analytical professional who can resolve claims efficiently while adhering to company best practices and authority guidelines. The consultant will conduct thorough coverage analyses, assess exposure, establish appropriate reserves, and evaluate recovery potential. Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholdersincluding agents, insureds, and legal counselis essential to ensure high-quality claims handling and superior service delivery.
