Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth were looking to add a Business System Analyst located in Milpitas CA.

Reporting to the Information Technology Manager the Business System Analyst will be will be In-charge of for exploring complex business problems in order to solve them with automated customized developed and standardize systems implementations and solutions also be in charge of designing details for automated systems and processes in order to make them more efficient. Also designing the framework and process troubleshooting technical malfunctions risk research working with stakeholders and delivering a solution that is viable and consistent.

What a typical day looks like :

• Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Customize and implement MES (Flexflow) for new projects and customer needs.
• Collaborate across teams for customer onboarding and solution standardization.
• Design and integrate MES with ERP systems test equipment and external platforms.
• Conduct functional and integration testing.
• Provide L2 / L3 support including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
