Job Title : Inside Sales Specialist

Location : On Site in Akron, OH

Schedule : Monday - Friday

Salary : $41,600 - $45,760

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as the first point of contact for inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and web

Build relationships with new and existing customers by understanding their needs and recommending the right products or services

Process orders, prepare quotes, and follow up on pending opportunities

Collaborate with outside sales and other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For :

Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfort with phone and email outreach

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
