Program Manager
Miami, FL hybrid onsite

- 5+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on Agile and Scrum frameworks.
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects with multiple dependencies.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) preferred.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong ability to influence and engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in the cruise line, hospitality, or travel industry is a plus.
