Optometrist
Ocala, Florida
We’re hiring an Optometrist in Ocala, Florida who wants schedule stability, strong benefits, and the ability to practice independently in a supportive outpatient setting.
You’ll step into a clinical role focused on comprehensive eye exams, diagnosing and managing ocular conditions, and delivering routine optometric care. This is currently a single-provider operation, giving you strong autonomy while supported by an established clinical and front office team.
You’ll practice in Ocala, Florida, a fast-growing community known for its horse country, natural springs, and relaxed Central Florida lifestyle.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary of $120,000 to $155,000 for 40 hours, prorated for 32 hours
• 100% employer-paid health insurance for employee-only coverage
• Dental and vision coverage
• 401(k) with 100% match on the first 5% after one year plus 457 plan option
• 20 days of paid time off plus eight paid holidays and one floating holiday
• $2,500 CME allowance plus five CME days
• HSA match up to $1,000
• Malpractice coverage
