A company is looking for a Sr Program Manager to lead strategic programs and large-scale enterprise projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage large-scale enterprise-wide programs, ensuring adherence to project management standards
Prepare and deliver executive-level communications and maintain consistent program status updates across the organization
Conduct risk assessments and serve as the first escalation point for project issues and risks
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
10 to 12+ years of experience in program / project management
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior executives
Strong proficiency in program and portfolio management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required; Agile certification(s) are a plus
