Pennsylvania Licensed Behavior Analyst

A company is looking for a Behavior Analyst- BCBA.

Key Responsibilities

Perform client assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors

Collaborate with clients, families, and service providers to develop Individualized Treatment Plans (ITP)

Review and implement rehabilitative strategies and activities as prescribed by licensed professionals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification (BCBA)

PA License as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, or certified registered nurse practitioner

Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances

Leadership / supervision experience preferred but not required

Licensed in the Commonwealth to oversee the provision of ABA services
