Participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality, maintainable software. Working effectively in Agile development environments. Actively engage in upskilling to React and assist in future migrations or enhancements. Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management. Our delivery models are tailored to meet each clients unique requirements. / ph3Required Qualifications : / h3p3+ years of hands-on experience developing user interfaces using WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation), including a strong grasp of XAML, MVVM patterns, and UI design principles. 3+ years of experience in object-oriented programming with C#, particularly as it relates to building and maintaining desktop applications in a professional environment. 3+ years of experience working with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, or TypeScript, and foundational understanding of JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.). Demonstrated willingness and aptitude to learn and upskill to modern web frameworks, specifically React, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement and technology adoption. Experience working within Agile / Scrum development teams, participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and collaborative solutioning. Bachelors degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience. Limited immigration sponsorship may be available. Analytical / Decision Making Responsibilities. Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products.
