Position SummaryThe Global Tax Analyst will be a key member of the Global Tax team and will report directly to the Director, Global Tax Operations, supporting the Company’s initiatives to obtain Federal, State and Foreign incentives and execute on transformation of its tax processes. This position will work cross functionally with Vice Presidents, Directors, and Senior Mangers throughout the organization to achieve the Company’s tax initiatives.
Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupport the Company’s Federal and State Research & Development (R&D) credit incentive programs, including :Assist with conducting cross-functional interviews with subject matter experts,Complete detailed narratives outlining qualified R&D projects,Compile financial information and calculate the eligible Federal and State R&D tax creditsCollect and organize supporting documentationSupport the Company’s initiatives to obtain Federal, State, and Foreign tax incentives for current and future projects globallyLead the Company’s reporting for current state and local incentive programs, including all required information gathering and coordination with Corporate Real Estate, Information Technology, Human Resources, Supply Chain and FinanceAssist with the global tax department’s process improvement and automation transformation initiative including creating process flow documentationAssist with the data gathering and annual functional interviews for tax technical analysis and memorandumDevelop and execute ongoing efficient and sustainable processes to gather documentation from the Company’s foreign offices to support tax technical analysis and memorandumsAssist the global tax team with various income and other tax calculations and projects as neededQualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast paced, growth environmentExceptional team player with strong interpersonal skillsAbsolute ability to maintain confidentialityEducation And / Or ExperienceBA / BS in Accounting required2+ years of related work experienceOther RequirementsLocation :This individual will befully remoteProgram Experience : Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio); Power Query and Tableau a plus15% travelRelocationNo relocation provided\#LI-Remote
