Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to provide onsite production support and enhancements for Salesforce applications in 2026. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on and lead-level experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud along with the ability to guide junior developers and work closely with business users in a client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Salesforce Developer providing onsite support for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications
- Serve in a lead role guiding junior developers and overseeing development tasks
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements
- Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Design develop and enhance Salesforce components including :
Workflows
Reports & DashboardsAutomation (Flows Process Builder)Provide day-to-day production support issue resolution and system maintenancePerform troubleshooting bug fixes and performance optimizationParticipate in deployments testing cycles and post-deployment supportEnsure adherence to Salesforce best practices security standards and governanceCoordinate effectively with administrators business users and technical teamsCreate technical documentation and provide basic knowledge transfer when requiredRequired Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service CloudProven lead-level experience managing tasks and guiding Salesforce development teamsSolid understanding of :Salesforce configuration & customization
Declarative tools and basic integrationsExperience supporting production environmentsStrong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearlyComfortable working 100% onsite in a client-facing roleExcellent problem-solving skills with a strong support mindsetPreferred Qualifications
