We are seeking a proactive Lead Software Engineer with expertise in client-server environment development, embedded SW development, and the Agile development methodology . In this role, you will provide technical leadership, guiding a team of engineers in project planning, software development, and integration efforts of our software development initiatives in monitoring and control of SATCOM antenna systems. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from prototyping architecture concepts to overseeing the deployment of monitoring and control software for complex antenna systems.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and provide guidance to a team of software engineers, including project planning, tasking, and monitoring of activities.
• Prototype and validate architecture concepts to ensure feasibility and performance.
• Administer software development tools, ensuring their availability and functionality (e.g., version control, issue tracking).
• Establish policies for branching, code review processes, and documentation standards for developers.
• Generate and build RPMs necessary for antenna systems and Monitoring & Control (M&C) software.
• Develop and support (M&C) software, including application development, and integration with antenna hardware.
• Design and implement M&C software applications for tasks such as hardware management, scheduling, data ingest, and processing
• Integrate customer systems with our software solutions, ensuring seamless operation and customer satisfaction.
