Available Shifts :

1st Shift : $19 / hr. | Monday-Wednesday, 4 : 00 AM-4 : 00 PM

2nd Shift : $20 / hr. | Monday-Wednesday, 4 : 00 PM-4 : 00 AM

3rd Shift : $20 / hr. | Thursday-Saturday, 4 : 00 AM-4 : 00 PM

4th Shift : $21 / hr. | Thursday-Saturday, 4 : 00 PM-4 : 00 AM

Key Responsibilities :

• Promote safety by enforcing rules, conducting safety walks, leading trainings, and reporting incidents.
• Monitor quality and production metrics; lead quality meetings and communicate issues to management, staff, and other shifts.
• Support associates with coaching, one-on-one discussions, cross-training initiatives, and procedural guidance.
• Collaborate with leadership on departmental planning, forecasting, goal setting, and on-time product fulfillment.
• Keep Shift Manager informed of progress, challenges, and errors while maintaining strong professional relationships across teams.
