Our client, a leading independent compounding pharmacy, is seeking a results-driven and visionary Director of Marketing and PR to lead brand strategy, public relations, digital marketing, and AI-enhanced marketing operations. This is a unique opportunity to shape the voice of a healthcare innovator at the intersection of precision medicine and cutting-edge technology.

The Director of Marketing will be responsible for spearheading integrated marketing initiatives to build brand awareness, support lead generation, enhance community engagement, and position our pharmacy as a trusted, customer experience leader in the compounding pharmacy space. This role requires a fusion of traditional marketing, public relations expertise, and fluency in emerging technologies including generative AI, marketing automation, and advanced analytics.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a strategic marketing role in healthcare, pharmacy, or life sciences.

Proven track record in marketing leadership, PR execution, and campaign success.

Strong proficiency in AI and marketing technologies (ChatGPT, Jasper, Salesforce, Pardot, Canva, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.).

Excellent writing, storytelling, and content development skills—both clinical and consumer-facing.

Skilled in Google AdWords, Meta Business Suite, SEO / SEM, CRM management, and marketing automation.

Experience managing teams, budgets, vendors, and analytics dashboards.

Strong interpersonal, public speaking, and networking abilities.

Willingness to travel up to 20% for events and conferences.
