POSITION SCOPE : Personnel supervision, proactive in-store planning skills, sales, customer service, training, loss prevention and online sales processing.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES :

• Assist the General Manager – Retail Store with daily supervision, training and managing of all personnel aspects of the retail operation.
• Maintain all company operational standards including 100% adherence to the Checklist System.
• Assist with scheduling, payroll expenditures and compliance with budgeted numbers.
• Assist additional revenue operations – Photo operations, Vending operations, etc.
• Ensures store's merchandising standards are always maintained.
• Processes receiving / shipments, damages and transfers, etc. in a timely manner and per company standards.
• Assists with new hires and training.
• Responsible for maintaining controllable costs.
• Always ensures world class customer service standards (i.e., 100% customer greeting, suggestive selling, etc.).
• Is a leader and authority on product knowledge.
• Any other duties consistent with this job description as may be reasonably requested by management.
