As a Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a vital role in overseeing center and home-based intervention programs tailored for children with autism. Your expertise will ensure that our clinical staff deliver exceptional treatment and uphold the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee comprehensive ABA treatment services including assessments, programming, progress monitoring, and parent training, while ensuring compliance with state and insurance guidelines.
- Make clinical recommendations on treatment intensity, modality, and transition planning, prioritizing developmentally appropriate outcomes alongside parents and stakeholders.
- Assess and adapt treatment plans using our Quality of Effective Treatment (QET) measures.
- Provide training and supervision to enhance the skills of clinical staff, ensuring they deliver high-quality treatment services.
- Focus on developing independent clinical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills in your supervisees while aiding them in meeting certification requirements.
- Collaborate with fellow clinicians and cross-functional team members to provide integrated services.
- Handle administrative responsibilities efficiently, including report generation, insurance reviews, and necessary documentation to facilitate client services and manage staff.
Qualifications
Must be a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst or a state-licensed behavior analyst meeting relevant state requirements.Minimum of one year experience using applied behavior analysis to assist clients with autism in in-home and / or clinic-based environments.Benefits
