A company is looking for a Principal Subcontract Administrator (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary subcontract administrator, managing relationships with suppliers and internal / external customers
Prepare and analyze bids and proposals to ensure compliance with government requirements and company policies
Negotiate subcontract terms, conditions, and pricing while advising management on contractual rights and obligations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
10+ years of experience in procurement activities, including subcontracting
Knowledge of various contract types and federal acquisition regulations
Experience with CPSR compliance and subcontract management
Ability to lead negotiations and provide training to team members
