Mobile Sales Executive

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a driven, outgoing Mobile Sales Executive to represent an innovative, fast-expanding automotive service program across the Bay Area. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love engaging with customers, and want the freedom of working independently from a fully equipped company van, this is your chance to shine.

We’re not looking for technical experience — we’re looking for sales talent. Whether you’ve worked in inside sales, outside sales, retail, route sales, automotive sales, or any customer-facing role, your ability to connect with people and drive results is what matters most. We’ll teach you everything you need to know about the service; you bring the confidence, personality, and sales energy.

Compensation Package

  • Base salary : $65,000 per year
  • Weekly commission based on performance
  • Realistic First-Year Earnings (Salary + Commission) : $72,000–$85,000+, depending on performance, location traffic, and commission tier
  • Strong earning potential with expected sales of $1,000–$1,500 per day

Schedule and Hours

Wednesday through Sunday

10 : 00 a.m. – 7 : 00 p.m.

Consistent schedule with opportunities for additional hours based on business needs.

Mobile Sales Executive Duties and Responsibilities

  • Operate a company-issued van and set up daily at a designated retail location.
  • Actively approach, engage, and educate customers about re-key services.
  • Build rapport quickly, identify customer needs, and close on-the-spot sales.
  • Perform on-site key and fob services (training provided; no technical background required).
  • Maintain accurate daily logs of interactions, completed sales, and inventory.
  • Serve as the professional, customer-focused face of the brand.
  • Mobile Sales Executive Qualifications and Requirements

  • Sales experience of any kind : inside sales, outside sales, retail, route sales, call center, automotive sales — all encouraged to apply.
  • High-energy communicator with strong people skills and a customer-first attitude.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and confident working independently.
  • Professional appearance and strong relationship-building ability.
  • Ability to manage company equipment and maintain an organized mobile workspace.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
