SPECIAL EVENTS SECURITY OFFICER

Position Summary

A Signal Special Events Security Officer will conduct and ensure security of all guests and access points for the Special Events location. All duties listed below are minimum requirements additional duties listed in the site's Post Orders are requirements as well.

Responsibilities

• Ensure fans safety and security by conducting careful entry screening and inspections. This will include the tactful messaging of prohibited items or non-compliant bags that cannot be allowed into the stadium.
• Conduct pat downs as needed to ensure there are no prohibited items entering the stadium.
• Conduct and deliver various dedicated services that reflect the company's values, expectations, and consistent service in alignment with site specific instructions / post orders.
• Assist guests with any special requests including ADA questions or accommodations.
• Commit to safety by monitoring crowd activities and report any suspicious activity and / or behavior to your area supervisor.
• Appropriately identify and escalate security concerns to your supervisor or nearest Law Enforcement Officer as needed.
• Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
• Write detailed and accurate reports utilizing company technology and web or app-based software during each shift that align with site instruction / post orders.
• The ability to consistently arrive on time for shifts, clock in and out, meet time commitments, follow instruction, follow dress code and appearance standards and expectations.
• Interacting with internal and external customers on site cultivating a customer service relationship while striving to provide peace of mind.
• Responsible for the care of any Signal equipment assigned during shift including radios, access keys / cards, vehicles, and devices, etc.
