We specialize in providing personalized service and insurance solutions for auto, home, life, and business needs. Our mission is to protect our clients like family, and we're looking for someone who shares that same commitment.

We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and friendly Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is passionate about helping others, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred.

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person
• Assist clients with policy questions, payments, claims, and coverage changes
• Process documents, update account information, and manage client follow-ups
• Help with quoting and onboarding new customers (training provided)
• Support the agency in retention and cross-selling efforts
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM and agency management systems
• Collaborate with other team members to create a positive office environment

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior customer service or office experience preferred
• Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and coachable
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, and web-based applications
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
