Manager of Lab Finance

A company is looking for a Manager, Lab Cost and Finance Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain standards for COGS and costing templates

Perform detailed financial analysis and create pricing scenarios to support client requests

Partner with lab teams to manage costs and recommend changes to improve profitability

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or related certification preferred

Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in financial analytics or cost accounting, preferably in healthcare or related industries

Exceptional analytical skills and proven experience in cost management or decision support

Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; NetSuite experience preferred

Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
